Fair Trade Guatemala Huehuetenango

We're very excited to have this coffee as a part of our lineup. Pronounced way-way-teh-non-go, this coffee is found in the highlands of Guatemala.

It's chocked full of flavor with fruit and chocolate shining through.

Costa Rica Cafe Vida

Café Vida comes from a cooperative of growers located in of the province of Alajuela in Costa Rica´s lush Central Valley. This coop was founded in 1968 by 98 members and now consists of 2,500 producers farming lands less than 1 hectare. Café Vida consists of mainly caturra and catuai varietals that are carefully selected by hand. The cooperative encourages its members to observe sustainable production methods. The use of agrochemicals is minimized, native species are used for shade trees, and farm byproducts are used to produce organic fertilizer through vermiculture. This is a nice and smooth coffee. Bits of tasty fruit and faint memories of chocolate..

Brazil Natural Yellow Bourbon

This coffee is produced by the Carvalho Dias and Ottoni familes, who have repeatedly won the Cup of Excellence status in Brazil. For over 100 years and four generations these familes have treated the land, the people, and the bean right, and it certainly shows in the cup!

This coffee has got a bright, lively taste and nice round body to it. We think it tastes like dewdrops and sunshine : )

Colombia Spectacled Bear

This is a coffee with a cause. The Spectacled Bear is an endangered species in Colombia. Our importers, Cafe Imports, selects a fine Colombian coffee and donate a portion of their sales to the Wildlife Conservation Society for their continued work in helping this species thrive.

Fair Trade Papua New Guinea Purosa

This is our first coffee from Papua New Guinea and we're really excited. While located in the general vicinity of Indonesia, Papua coffees tend to have the great depth of an Indonesian coffee and also a good acidity normally found in Central Americans. We' think you'll enjoy it!

Rwanda Rwabisindu

Another first for us. Rwanda is a little bitty country right next to Kenya, and has many of the flavor profiles that are common with Kenyan coffees. Rwabisindu is the washing station where local small farms come to process their coffee. The station is owned by Emerth and Gaston Gatsinga, who also own a local hospital where Gaston works as a doctor.

Tanzania Peaberry Songea

This is a sweet coffee with hints of fruit, a syrupy body and a sweet aftertaste.

Fair Trade Sumatra Mandheling Permata Gayo

Another Great Sumatran to add to our list. Found in the Aceh province, this coffee's rich and round and has great body

Espresso

Our espresso is a blend of three of our coffees that's very smooth with great body and a nice sweetness. Great by itself as a straight espresso and also very complimentary with milk as a cappuccino or latte. Give it a try!

Roasters Choice

Sometimes you just don't know what to get. Sometimes you want to try something new and different. Let our roaster pick out one of our specialty coffees for you!

Decaffeinated Coffees

As difficult as it is sometimes to get enthusiastic about decaffeinated coffee, we're very pleased to offer you Mountain Water Processed Decafs. What does that mean? There aren't naturally decaffeinated coffees, so to get your decaf you have to take a regular coffee and remove the caffeine. Most of the time this involves using some kind of chemical. Yuck. But Mountain Water Processed coffees are chemical free and do a better job of keeping the coffees original tastiness. Yum.

Guatemala Oriente

This is a well balanced coffee with good acidity.

Sumatra Lintong Triple pick

A bold coffee in is a bold coffee out with Mountain Water Processing. This coffee has the traditional earthiness you expect from a Sumatran as well a sweetness and some fruity notes.

Colombia Supremo

This is a rich coffee with a sparkling acidity.

Brazil Serra Negra

The decaf version of our Brazil, with some chocolate and nutty characteristics to it.

Espresso

Yes we've even got an espresso for you caffeine free nuts.

Roasters Choice Decaf

Same same, but different.
