El Salvador Malacara B

Malacara B is owned and run by third generation coffee producer Roberto Dumont. It's found in the Apaneca, Santa Ana region of El Salvador on the slopes of the Santa Ana Volcano.

The farm is 33 hectares (about 81 acres) with 12 Tablons, or lots. This selection comes from Tablon 2 and is a red bourbon varietal. Tasting notes include Aromas of melon and candy, sweet and smooth. Basically what we're saying is it's delicious.

Finca Coffees is a micro-sourcer of finca direct coffees to small coffee roasters. This is our second year working with owner Andy Newbom and we are so excited to continue this relationship.
